The importance of understanding our biology

Biology is the science of life. Its name is derived from the Greek words "bios" (life) and "logos" (study). Biologists study the structure, function, growth, origin, evolution, and distribution of living organisms. There are generally considered to be at least nine "umbrella" fields of biology, each of which consists of multiple subfields.
We as any other living organism on this planet, have a similar composition, and similar bodily functions. Our body is only a part of the connection called nature. We are part of this planet, we are part of nature. The good news is, we understand our body better than any other species. We can heal it, we can tamper with it, we can make it stronger. Evolution is always present, it was present at the dawn of mankind, and it is present in this very moment. Evolution is not only affected our mind, it affects our body as well. However, how you let your body and mind evolve, it's totally up to you.
Maybe you have seen people doing incredible physical feats like Wim Hof a.k.a The Ice Man, who defies the laws of modern biology by doing things that baffles today's scientists. Whit the right mindset, exercise, and diet, he evolved to the point where he not only can stand the unbearable cold but he can control his autonomous nervous system. His disciples attained similar capabilities using his techniques.
Understanding our biology is our easiest way to achieve our peak physical an mental performance.

Biology is the science.
Evolution is the concept that makes biology unique.
